Return Policy Overview
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items returned outside this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition you received it. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all original tags, accessories, instructions, and documentation.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error or issues caused during shipping, we take full responsibility. Paris Luxuries will cover all return shipping costs, ensuring you incur no additional expense.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If the return is due to customer choice, such as purchasing the wrong item, changing your mind, or an incorrect fit, the customer will bear the return shipping expenses. Please note that shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, and the actual return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount. There is an additional $10 restocking fee for all returns due to Customer Remorse (Chance of Mind)
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 - Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@parisluxuries.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will promptly provide you with detailed return instructions and a return authorization number.
Step 2 - Pack Your Item Securely: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, tags, instructions, and paperwork are included. Clearly label the package with your return authorization number as provided by our team.
Step 3 - Send Your Package Back: Drop your securely packaged item at your nearest shipping carrier location as instructed in your return authorization email. We strongly advise retaining proof of shipping until your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Inspection of Returned Items: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our stated return criteria. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for this inspection to take place once your return is received.
Issuing Refunds: Once your item passes inspection, we will immediately process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow approximately 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Exchanges
We gladly accommodate exchanges for alternative products. Simply contact our support team with your request, and we'll guide you through a quick and seamless exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. Non-returnable items are clearly indicated on their product pages. Please carefully check the product details before completing your purchase. Used products cannot be returned
